At The Neon Daisy LLC, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
